2 bedroom cottage:
Movie Cabin
1 bedroom with queen bed and
1 bed room with 2 twin beds.
Separate living room with futon folds out to be a double bed.
32" HD flat screen TV includes thousands of movies on Net
flicks.
Note: Movies require a
$50 security deposit to receive the required remote. No discounts
or refunds will be issued based on availability of net flicks
and or internet access.
Kitchen includes: Microwave, stove with oven, refrigerator, coffee
maker, dishes & flatware. Cooking pans require a $20 cleaning
deposit. Deck overlooking the river with BBQ and picnic table.
Bring BBQ briquets and a wire brush. Bathroom shower, toilet
and sink.
Towels and linens for your use inside the cottage are provided.
Bring your own coffee, condiments, food, swim toys and beach
towels.
Max over night guests is 6. Max additional day use is 4 guests.
