games, decks, stairs, bathrooms, furniture, BBQ's, river and
beach areas are use at your own risk. Any accident, property
damage or bodily injury caused by or resulting from alcohol,
drugs or negligence by you or your guests is your responsibility
and you accept liability for such. It is your responsibility
to make sure any product, appliance, property or structure is
suitable for your intended use prior to it's use.
Our web pages display some content that is
not from Fern River Resort. This content is the sole responsibility
of the entity that makes it available. We may review content
to determine whether it is illegal or violates our policies,
and we may remove or refuse to display content that we reasonably
believe violates our policies or the law. But that does not necessarily
mean that we review content, so please don't assume that we do.
Neither Fern River Resort nor it's suppliers and
distributors make any specific promise about the services we
provide. We do not make any commitments about content or the
function of any service or any item to include their reliability,
availability or ability to meet your needs. Everything we provide

SOME JURISDICTIONS PROVIDE FOR CERTAIN WARRANTIES, LIKE THE IMPLIED
WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE EXCLUDE
ALL WARRANTIES.
Fern River Resort will not be responsible for lost profits, revenues,
data or any other financial loses, direct, indirect, special,
consequential, punitive or exemplary damages.
As permitted by law. Our total liability for any claim including
any implied warranties is limited to the amount you paid to us
(or we may choose to supply you the service or goods again).
Prop 65:
According to California proposition 65 there is no place on earth
that is free of dangerous chemicals and substances. Of the 8
pages listing chemicals that are dangerous we found that paint's,
pressure treated wood, soaps, natural gas, plants, the nickels
& brass keys in your pocket even your own exhaled breath
and many other products found in California are listed as dangerous
chemicals so we are forced to post the following warning to avoid
sue happy lawyers that are having a free for all with this recent
regulation.

All locations in California contain chemicals known to the state
of California to cause cancer, birth defects and or other reproductive
harm.
Obviously do not eat
the buildings, drink the dish soap or do anything that would
expose you or your family to excessive amounts of theses toxins. |
