Fern River Resort and all it's owners or employees accept no responsibility and/or liability directly, indirectly or consequently and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind, nor does it accept liability for any damage or injury direct, indirect or consequential for the use of any product, service, charter, park or information associated with advertising or information found on/in our premises and or links/advertising found on our web sites. All information found on our web site, in our cottages or on the property and the buildings, structures, trees, games, decks, stairs, bathrooms, furniture, BBQ's, river and beach areas are use at your own risk. Any accident, property damage or bodily injury caused by or resulting from alcohol, drugs or negligence by you or your guests is your responsibility and you accept liability for such.It is your responsibility to make sure any product, appliance, property or structure is suitable for your intended use prior to it's use. Policy's: No refunds for early checkout, Extra guests staying over 3 hours will be billed to your account without notice in the amount of $10.00ea. per day. Pets are not allowed. Smoking in any room will result in a $200.00 fee to clean linens upholstery and carpets. Pets or tampering with smoke detectors & signs $50.00 per day. Lost key or failure to check out is $25.00 to replace lock. Lost, stolen or damaged property including but not limited to towels, pillows, furniture, buildings, parking barriers, TV's etc. will be charged to your card. Checks are not accepted except when recieved 30 days in advance for reservation deposit. Prop 65: According to California proposition 65 there is no place on earth that is not free of dangerous chemicals and substances. Of the 8 pages listing chemicals that are dangerous we found that paint's, pressure treated wood, soaps, natural gas, plants, the nickels in your pocket even your own exhaled breath and many other products used at Fern River Resort are listed as a dangerous chemicals so we are forced to post the fallowing warning to avoid sue happy lawyers that are having a free for all with this recent regulation. Warning: Our property known as Fern River Resort contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm. |
